What’s your cancellation/refund policy?

While we would love to keep you as a customer and we do realize that individual needs do change. So, what we would like to offer you is the opportunity to schedule another class at a future date. However, we do understand that in rare cases, a refund may be an option. 

When will I get my certificate?

MSHA Part 48, - 8 Hr. refresher classes will receive their certificates at the end of the class.

MSHA Part 48, - 24 Hr. - 3 day classes will receive their certificates on the 3rd day at the end of the class.

OSHA 10 & 30 Hr. classes will receive their certificates in the mail once they have been approved.

All other classes will have their certificates issued as agreed upon.
